Physiotherapy & Exercise for Osteoporosis
"Four years ago I had two osteoporotic fractures in my lower spine which resulted in ongoing pain and I was scared of what the future had in store for me. I was unable to find anyone to give me information about exercise and movement that I could do safely and so I was doing very little, only walking. Then 2 years ago I was fortunate enough to find Rebecca and I started going to her class. At first I was very hesitant to do the exercises for fear of further fractures, but very quickly I came to trust her because of her wealth of experience with people with my condition.
I have gradually got stronger, more mobile and gained confidence in my body again, with the bonus of pain relief.
